This location was slightly busy, but I was served quickly and they got my order right, despite the fact that the lady couldn't hear very well over the noise level. I visited early in the morning, so their donut selection was great and I got exactly what I wanted. I even got a coconut donut, which most locations never seem to have. I'd probably recommend this location to others, although if you go in the morning, you're obviously going to hit "donut rush hour". :)

Get someone who can take, understand, and fulfill a customers order!!! This location is close to work and honestly it's the WORST DD I've been too. I've been at the drive thru, given my order only to be asked, "What did you order?" Or, it's been repeated back to me completely wrong. Just when I think the order is right I get to the window and they ask me again what I ordered! Too frustrating for me, I'm done going there.

If I could give it ZERO out of 5 I would. THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE!!! It sucks. Seriously. The WORST DD that I've ever been to. EVERY single time I go, or that my gf goes they have horrible customer service and they ALWAYS give attitude and ALWAYS give the wrong order. You have to repeat yourself like 749373929292 times and they still get your order wrong. It's ridiculous. They might as well just close it because the reviews on here all seem to agree. Oh, and the last two times I have gone for ice cream...they are out. How are they out every time?! That's not okay..

I'm committed to not coming back here again. They are unbelievably slow. The normal wait in the drive thru is at least 10-12 minutes long. For coffee and donuts?!?! And half the time they get the order wrong. Stay away from this location.

This used to be a really cool place with nice employees. We went there one night and my brother simply asked is anyone there? (At the drive thru) and the guy said very rudely "hold on I'm taking someone else's order! And my brother replied by saying "I'll just go somewhere else" and then the guy said "be my guest!" I work in customer service/retail and I'll tell u that u never speak to a customer that way! The guy works this shift it's a Wednesday night at 11pm

This location absolutely sucks. I went through the drive thru, and I was perfectly clear with my order. When I got to the window, she advised me they were all out of a certain flavor of ice cream. Ok fine, I picked another one out. So I gave her my money, and waited for my order. A minute or so passes, and she comes back to the window, and asks me what my order was! How could you ask me again, when my order wasn't that difficult! Then she told me she misheard me, and she had to charge me for something that she didn't originally do! So I gave her my card again! I waited for my food, and drove off. This place is awful. The staff has no idea what they are doing. They really need to learn to run this business better. It's really aggravating.

Slowest Dunkin' Donuts of ever been to. Close to home, which makes it convenient but the service sucks

This DD/BR is very close to home, and very convenient to stop at on my way to work. This makes it slightly dangerous. They also send out coupon books from time to time, increasing the temptation with 99c coffee/iced latte/muffin coupons. Since the building was remodeled, I have had more positive experiences here, and the place looks nicer, too. Service is usually good, although I have had a few moments where the employee in question has just sort of stared blankly at me or been rather slow. I like DD's coffee (espresso not as much) and food although I must say I'm really not a big donut eater. I'd rather have one of their gargantuan muffins or a bagel with cream cheese. The flatbread breakfast sandwiches are actually quite tasty. So are the oven-baked hashbrowns. The coffee is always hot and pretty fresh-tasting, and I like that the flavors are both free and not sweet. On the Baskin Robbins side, it's not quite as good as, say, Delia's or Culver's, but they have a decent variety. Had some refreshing and fruity mango sorbet last night, although I almost lost my scoop off the cone! Seems like the BR-side employees are a bit slower than their morning DD counterparts, but all in all I can't really complain.

Each time I go to this store, they do not have the flavors that I ask for. Additionally, they are very rude and have an uncaring attitude towards the guest. This past time I drove to the location because my fiancee and I felt like shakes. They didn't have regular chocolate chip or mint chocolate chip ice cream, which I feel are basic flavors that should be available everywhere. When we finally got our shakes (oreo and strawberry, the closest they could get to the flavors we originally asked for) they were little more than flavored milk, very thin and runny. It is not worth dealing with the apathetic staff and trouble of ordering to get such a mediocre product. It would be nice if these issue could be resolved, but every time we return to this location we are sorely disappointed again.
